No deliverable email two weeks later. No “I’ll send you a Loom.” No “let’s schedule a follow-up.” It’s done by the end of the session.

- An existing Zapier account on a paid tier that supports multi-step Zaps
- The apps you want to connect already in your stack
- The decision-maker on the call (this is the one I’m strict about)
