Layer 01

Capture what's in your head.

Most owners don't realize how much of their company runs on knowledge that isn't written down anywhere. Pricing history, vendor specs, past customer issues, the way things actually work versus how the manual says they work.

We find it, capture it, and put it somewhere your team can actually reach. This is the unsexy work that has to come first — because nothing else holds up without it.

Layer 02

Clean what's already there.

The Drive that nobody can search. The spreadsheets that almost talk to each other. The naming conventions only you understand. The tool licenses you're paying for that nobody opens.

We bring order to the systems you already pay for, without replatforming. No new software purchases. No migration projects. Just making the existing stack actually work.

Layer 03

Now ship the AI work.

Once the foundation is solid, automation and AI tools land where they actually matter. Quote-while-you-talk. Knowledge anyone can query. Sales context that surfaces itself.

Built on tools you already own. No new platform licenses. No dependencies on me. When I leave, the system keeps running and your team keeps improving it.

03 — What I don't do

Clear lines make better partnerships.

  • I don't sell tool licenses. I have no referral deals with any vendor.

  • I don't write strategy decks that go in a drawer. Everything I deliver is operational.

  • I don't recommend tools because they're trending. I recommend what fits your operation.

  • I don't build systems that require me to maintain them. You own everything.

  • I don't deploy agents on data you don't trust. We fix the foundation first.
